IT Asset Management Operation Analyst

Requirements

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in accounting , Finance, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, business, finance IT operations, or inventory control.
• Some understanding of IT lifecycle management and asset tracking methodologies.
• Experience with ITAM/ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Zoho, Tally, Freshservice , Microsoft SCCM, Intune).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross ‑ functionally.
• Professional Experience
• 2–6+ years of experience in Accounting, Inventory Management or IT Operations
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or audit/finance role is preferred
