Role Overview
Manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to employees across the organization.
Ensure the smooth operation, security, and availability of IT systems while providing timely technical assistance.
IT Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support in person, by phone, or through remote support tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, application, operating system, connectivity, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Escalate complex technical issues and maintain support records, documentation, service logs, tickets, and issue-resolution logs.
Microsoft 365 and Azure Administration
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure AD / Entra ID user accounts, licenses, groups, permissions, and access.
- Create, modify, disable, and maintain user accounts according to company policies.
- Support Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, email flow, NDRs, mailbox permissions, shared mailboxes, and distribution or security groups.
- Assist with password resets, access management, and user authentication issues.
