- Ensure computer system runs smoothly to avoid operational delays
- Analyze and perform IT systems review on existing infrastructure and identify enhancements
- Work closely with third parties until task completion
- Test, develop and evaluate new technology
- Perform installation and configuration of operating systems and applications
- Coordinate with service provider on ERP issues
- Develop user friendly functionalities and interfaces
- Monitor and inspect installed ERP software and IT system applications
- Provide technical support and training to IT systems/ERP end users

Role Overview
- As an IT Support, the Employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, solving diagnosing software and hardware technical problems.
- Provide support to all departments, via calls or emails, including documentation and relevant reports.
- Set up new users’ accounts and profiles.
- Respond and support all departments within the agreed time frame.
- Keep and ensure the computer system runs smoothly as per the business requirement to avoid operational delays and errors on a daily basis.
- Providing assistance and support in identifying and establishing IT systems and ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation with system users.
- Analyzing and performing IT systems review on existing infrastructure and identify potential enhancements to support business requirements.
- Ensure to work closely with third parties until completion of tasks.
- Test, develop and evaluate new technology.
- Provide maintenance through diagnosing and troubleshooting of processing problems applied to increase company efficiency.
- Perform installation and configuration of operating systems as well as applications used in the organization.
- Coordinating with service provider on potential issues/user complaints for immediate resolutions on the ERP system.
Pay
- AED 7,000.00 AED 9,000.00 per month
