Responsibilities
- Supervise daily landscape maintenance works including mowing, pruning, trimming, planting, fertilizing, cleaning, and pest control coordination
- Supervise irrigation activities including operation, inspection, troubleshooting, and minor repair of irrigation systems
- Check irrigation controllers, valves, sprinklers, drip lines, pumps, filters, and related equipment
- Monitor plant health, turf condition, water requirements, and irrigation schedules
- Assign daily tasks to gardeners, irrigation technicians, machine operators, and laborers
- Ensure all work is completed on time and according to approved standards
- Report irrigation leaks, damaged pipes, blocked sprinklers, low pressure, dry areas, and overwatering issues
- Prepare daily work reports, manpower reports, material requests, and site observations
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machinery, tools, and equipment requirements
- Ensure proper use of fertilizers, chemicals, tools, machines, and irrigation materials
- Monitor site cleanliness, safety practices, and proper disposal of green waste
- Train and guide workers on correct landscape and irrigation maintenance methods
Requirements
- Secondary school certificate in landscape and Irrigation
- 5 years of irrigation/landscape maintenance experience
- Medium English speaking and writing
- Currently reside in Qatar
- Diploma in Irrigation and Landscape (Preferred)

Qualifications
- Secondary school certificate in landscape and Irrigation.
- Proven experience in landscape management or a related field, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Medium English speaking and writing.
- Candidates currently reside in Qatar.

Additional Duties
- Attend site inspections with the client, consultant, or management when required.
- Follow company safety rules and ensure workers use proper PPE.
- Support emergency works such as pipe bursts, pump issues, storm damage, or urgent client requests.
