ContainerWorld is a state-of-the-art forwarding, warehousing and distribution Company located in Richmond, British Columbia providing premier services for the beverage industry; with approximately 500 employees throughout its BC facilities.

ContainerWorld also operates in Ontario.

Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Working mainly independently with guidance as required, ensures the timely billing of all activities pertaining to the Company’s operations in order to maintain an uninterrupted revenue stream.

Generate invoices for services provided by the company
Respond to all customer inquiries
Maintain master file rate files to ensure accurate billings
Resolve discrepancies in billing and communicate with clients/customers regarding invoices and payments.
Assist with month-end closing by preparing invoicing and reports
Collaborate with internal teams (finance, sales, etc.) to ensure accurate billing.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills; including process improvement abilities
Good customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent data entry and computer skills such as Excel
Education in accounting and/or finance is an asset.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous truck/ocean billing experience
Experience working on Sage is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills
A self-starter with ability to work independently as well as in a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
