Job Description

  • Build and maintain client trust by delivering excellent customer service and providing accurate and transparent information at all times.
  • Improve the overall customer experience by continuously learning about challenges and finding the best possible ways towards growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inquiries and handling complaints by providing appropriate solutions via phone, email, live chat.
  • Listening to customer concerns patiently, resolving issues efficiently and professionally and escalating problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Updating customer information in the system.
  • Preparing relevant reports and sharing it with higher management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Finance, business and administration.
  • Fresh Graduate.
