About the Role

- Ensure Tameed complies with SAMA regulations and rules
- Inform and follow up with employees and stakeholders on SAMA circulars
- Create, draft, and update needed policies
- Ensure employees adhere to internal policies
- Submit compliance reports to the board and board committees
- Coordinate with stakeholders including regulators
- Attend board committee meetings and executive meetings
- Train employees on policies
- Continuous checking and follow up of requirement documents
- Support the AML unit
- Archiving of documents and record keeping
- Conduct compliance checks and internal reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor of Law
- Full knowledge of SAMA laws and regulations on financing companies
- Proficient contract writing
- Skills in communication, legal and moral integrity, analytical thinking
- Google Workspace skills
- English language

Main Responsibilities
