Nexus Group Holdings is a diversified business group with operations in gold trading, gold & diamond retail, global markets, Equity investments, and international business expansion.
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated **Investment Specialists** with strong networking abilities and an existing investor or client base.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in investment sales, business development, and client relationship management across sectors such as banking, investments, insurance, forex, stock market, real estate, gold trading, or business consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate investment business through existing client database and professional network
- Identify and onboard potential investors, business clients, and referral partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNI and retail investors
- Conduct professional presentations and explain investment opportunities
- Achieve monthly targets for investment mobilization and client acquisition
- Manage the complete client lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly
- Generate business through networking, referrals, and direct sales
- Coordinate with management on investor requirements and market opportunities
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business

Requirements
- Proven experience in investment sales or target-driven roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Experience in banking, investments, insurance, real estate, forex, stock market, or gold trading preferred
- UAE market experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English (Hindi/Arabic is an added advantage)
- Existing client base or professional network preferred
- **Valid UAE driving license is mandatory**

- Experience handling HNI clients
- Strong networking and referral generation skills
- Proven track record in sales closures
- Strong business development mindset

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
