Role Overview
The Investment Manager will manage and evaluate the Chairman's personal investments and the Group's corporate investments.
The portfolio includes stocks, trading, private investments, funds, and other financial opportunities.
Investment Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor personal and company investment portfolios.
- Research stocks, listed companies, funds, bonds, commodities, and other financial instruments.
- Identify short-, medium-, and long-term investment opportunities.
- Monitor financial markets, economic trends, interest rates, currencies, and commodities.
- Recommend when to buy, hold, increase, reduce, or exit investments.
- Execute or coordinate approved investment and trading transactions.
Analysis and Reporting
- Track portfolio performance, profit or loss, dividends, returns, and market value.
- Evaluate private companies, startups, acquisitions, joint ventures, and new business opportunities.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and investment due diligence.
- Monitor investment risks and portfolio exposure.
- Prepare regular investment reports and recommendations for the Chairman.
Stakeholder Management
- Manage relationships with banks, brokers, fund managers, investment firms, and financial advisers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal and company financial information.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Have 5–10 years of relevant investment experience.
- Have practical experience in stock market investing and trading, portfolio management, equity analysis, funds, fixed income, commodities, foreign exchange, private investments, and corporate investments.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrate strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, decision-making, and market analysis skills.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and discretion when working directly with the Chairman.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a family office, private banking, asset management, investment company, private equity, or similar environment is preferred.
- CFA, MBA, or a similar qualification is advantageous.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person.
