- Support the development and execution of investment strategy across targeted sectors, geographies, and asset classes
- Identify investment themes, market trends, and emerging opportunities aligned with strategic objectives
- Provide recommendations on capital allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend value creation initiatives
- Source and originate investment opportunities through established industry networks and strategic relationships
- Lead all stages of the investment process, including opportunity assessment, financial analysis, valuation, structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and execution
- Prepare investment memoranda and present recommendations to senior management and investment committees
- Coordinate with legal, tax, technical, commercial, and financial advisors throughout transaction processes
- Work closely with portfolio companies, operating partners, and management teams to drive performance improvement and strategic initiatives
- Support business transformation, operational optimisation, growth strategies, and capital planning across investments
- Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators and report on portfolio developments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, advisors, developers, operators, and strategic partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Real Estate, or related discipline
- 12 18+ years of relevant experience in private equity, sovereign wealth funds, investment management, principal investing, infrastructure, real estate, private credit, or investment banking
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex transactions from origination through execution
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis capabilities
- Experience managing senior stakeholders and presenting to investment committees and boards
- Excellent commercial judgement and strategic thinking skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- MBA, CFA, CAIA, or other relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
- Experience investing across real estate, infrastructure, private equity, credit, or alternative investments preferred
- Exposure to large scale investment platforms and institutional capital deployment preferred
- Experience operating in international markets with strong understanding of regional investment dynamics preferred

Overview
- This global portfolio operations team is seeking an experienced Executive Director to play a key leadership role within a rapidly growing investment platform.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, evaluating, executing, and managing investments across multiple asset classes while contributing to portfolio strategy, capital allocation decisions, and overall business growth.
