- We provide services to regulated financial institutions, supporting their client acquisition, education, and engagement processes across international markets.
- We are hiring Investment Consultants to be based in Dubai, working with investor enquiries originating from the Asia-Pacific region.
- This is a front-end, client-facing role focused on educating prospective clients, building trust, and progressing them to the point of opening an account in principle.
- You will work closely with a dedicated Financial Adviser team, handing over qualified clients once they are ready to proceed.

- ***Role Responsibilities***
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm investor enquiries
- Provide clear, structured information on fixed-income products and services
- Build rapport and credibility with prospective clients
- Qualify investor interest and financial positioning
- Guide clients through to agreement to open an account (in principle)
- Handover qualified clients to the Financial Adviser team
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions

- This is a metrics-driven role.
- Expectations are clear:
- Call Volume: Minimum 200 calls per day
- Conversion Target: 5 account openings (in principle) per month
- Approach: Consultative, but outcome-focused
- This role requires consistency, resilience, and the ability to operate at pace.

- ***Candidate Profile***
Essential
- Minimum 1 year sales experience (any industry)
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written) are essential
- Strong communication and rapport-building ability
- Comfortable working in a structured, target-driven environment
- Ability to absorb and communicate financial information clearly
- High level of personal discipline and work ethic
Preferred
- Experience working with international or high-net-worth clients is a plus
- Experience in financial services or regulated environments
- Demonstrated ability to both consult and close

- ***Compensation***
- Base Salary: €3,000 per month
- Commission: % of closed deal value
- Realistic OTE: €70,000+
- Top performers will exceed this.
