seeking an experienced Investment Associate to support transaction execution, capital markets activity, funding initiatives, and strategic projects across the group.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role working closely with senior leadership across investments, treasury, funding, and market-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of live transactions, strategic projects, and funding initiatives
- Build and maintain financial models, investment analysis, and valuation work
- Support capital markets, debt, and structured funding activities
- Coordinate due diligence, transaction processes, and external advisors
- Prepare investment materials, presentations, and transaction documentation
- Support investor engagement and institutional workstreams
- Assist with market research, strategic analysis, and execution support
Candidate Background
- Candidates should ideally come from:
- Investment banking
- Capital markets
- Structured finance
- Corporate finance advisory
- Private equity / investment firms
- Treasury or funding teams within financial institutions
Requirements
- 8-10 years’ relevant experience
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
- Exposure to transactions, funding, or capital markets activity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsCommercial, execution-oriented mindsetComfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
