- Build and maintain robust financial models, valuations, and investment analyses
- Conduct market research, commercial assessments, and investment screening
- Coordinate financial, legal, tax, technical, and commercial due diligence workstreams
- Manage relationships with external advisors, consultants, lenders, and counterparties throughout transactions
- Prepare investment committee papers, presentations, and decision support materials
- Support transaction execution, deal tracking, and cross functional coordination with Finance, Legal, and Asset Management
- Monitor investment pipelines and maintain transaction documentation and trackers

Role Overview
- As an Investment Analyst / Associate, you will support the evaluation and execution of strategic investment opportunities across digital infrastructure and adjacent sectors.
- You will work closely with the Investments and Asset Management teams to conduct financial analysis, build financial models, coordinate due diligence processes, manage external advisors, and prepare investment committee materials.
- This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from opportunity screening and valuation through transaction execution and portfolio insights.
