- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long range financial planning activities
- Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards
- Support month end and year end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Monitor project costs, capital deployment, and operating expenditure against approved budgets
- Assist with cash flow forecasting, treasury activities, and bank reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assist with board reporting, audits, tax filings, and compliance activities
- Partner with cross functional teams to deliver actionable financial insights and improve reporting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Financial Analyst: 1–3 years of relevant experience; Senior Financial Analyst: 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Familiarity with IFRS, VAT, and multi entity environments is an advantage

Role Description
- We are seeking a Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and operational finance activities across multiple entities and projects.
- Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance, you will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, treasury support, cost tracking, and management reporting while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long range financial planning activities
- Prepare monthly management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards
- Support month end and year end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Monitor project costs, capital deployment, and operating expenditure against approved budgets
- Assist with cash flow forecasting, treasury activities, and bank reconciliations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Financial Analyst: 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Senior Financial Analyst: 3–5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of financial processes
- Experience in infrastructure, technology, investment, private equity, or professional services environments is preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Familiarity with IFRS, VAT, and multi entity environments is an advantage
- CFA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable
