Role Overview
Manage day-to-day inventory operations and accurate stock control for chilled and frozen products.
Coordinate closely with Procurement to maintain product availability and accurate inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise inventory operations and stock movements.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement to ensure product availability.
- Ensure accurate receiving, goods received notes, transfers, stock adjustments, and inventory transactions.
- Conduct physical stock counts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO, expiry dates, damages, wastage, and slow-moving stock.
- Record inventory movements accurately in Odoo and maintain supporting documentation.
- Prepare inventory reports and highlight stock issues and variances.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of chilled and frozen products.
- Support improvements to inventory-control procedures and systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock control.
- Food or FMCG experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and FIFO/FEFO.
- ERP experience is required; Odoo experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
