Role Overview
The Inventory Supervisor owns inventory and stock operations for a key brand project.
The role coordinates with brand, retail, mall, warehouse, logistics, agency, and vendor teams.
This is a three-month contract role with possible extension and on-site requirements in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Own stock management and inventory control throughout the project.
- Manage stock receiving, checking, recording, organization, and ongoing inventory tracking.
- Monitor stock levels, replenishment, transfers, returns, damaged goods, adjustments, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate stock movements and deliveries with warehouses, retail locations, logistics partners, mall management, and operational teams.
- Plan inventory for launches, campaigns, events, and promotions with brand and retail teams.
- Maintain documentation, flag stock and operational risks, provide reports, and complete final reconciliation and handover.
Requirements
- Proven experience in stock management, inventory control, retail operations, or warehouse operations.
- Strong understanding of receiving, transfers, replenishment, reconciliation, and inventory reporting.
- Comfort with inventory management systems, Excel, and stock trackers.
- Ability to manage large volumes of SKUs accurately and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for coordination with teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to resolving stock issues.
- Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for on-site requirements in Dubai.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or retail is highly preferred.

- The role requires on-site work in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
