As an Inventory Specialist supporting SpaceXAI data center operations, you will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, issuance, kitting, and control of high-value materials and equipment (servers, GPUs, networking gear, power and cooling components, spare parts, and other critical infrastructure). High school diploma or equivalency certificate
1+ years of inventory control experience
3+ years of inventory control experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
Experience and understanding of inventory, kitting, and material handling processes
Experience operating a forklift and other inventory/material handling equipment
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, electronics, technology, or data center environments
Ability to read and interpret drawings, procedures, and parts lists
ERP/WMS system experience
Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management (preferred)
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. unassisted; frequent lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying required
Must be available for one of the following 12.5-hour shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Work schedule follows a rotating pattern of 4 days on / 3 days off, then 3 days on / 4 days off (and repeating)
Must be open to working all required shift hours, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed to support 24/7 operations
Comfortable working in warehouse/data center environments with varying temperatures and noise
