About the Role
Clover Project Management LLC is seeking an Inventory Accountant to manage inventory records, perform reconciliations, and support financial reporting in Dubai. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in inventory or cost accounting, preferably in retail or FMCG.

- Maintain accurate inventory records across systems
- Perform regular stock reconciliations between physical and system records
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Monitor stock movements, adjustments, and transfers
- Ensure correct inventory valuation in line with accounting standards
- Prepare inventory related reports for management
- Support month end and year end closing processes
- Work with operations and warehouse teams to improve stock control processes
- Track slow moving, obsolete, or damaged stock and recommend corrective actions
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in inventory or cost accounting, preferably within retail or FMCG environments
- Strong understanding of inventory systems and ERP software
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
- Experience working with high volume stock environments

Role Summary
