About The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven **Digital Marketing Manager** with a passion for **e-commerce acceleration** and **omnichannel strategy** to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you’ll lead the digital growth agenda across multiple online platforms — driving performance, optimizing customer journeys, and delivering measurable results across paid, owned, and earned channels.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, tech, sales, and analytics) to execute high-impact campaigns that strengthen brand presence and boost online conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-led **digital marketing strategies** focused on **e-commerce growth** and **omnichannel performance**.
- Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, encompassing SEO, SEM (PPC), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Plan and manage **multi-channel campaigns** across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, email, SEO, and marketplaces.
- Plan, implement, and measure the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics (ROI, KPIs, website traffic, conversion rates) to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Optimize **customer acquisition, retention, and conversion** through continuous A/B testing and funnel analysis.
- Track and report key KPIs (traffic, CAC, ROAS, CLV, etc.) using tools such as **GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Shopify analytics**.
- Stay ahead of trends in **digital commerce, automation, and omnichannel integration.**
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Business, or Digital Media** (Master’s preferred).
- **5+ years of experience** in **digital marketing** with a strong focus on **e-commerce acceleration** and **performance campaigns.**
- Proven experience in managing **omnichannel strategies** (online + retail).
- Strong knowledge of **SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.**
- Experience with **Shopify**, **Google Analytics 4**, and **data-driven decision-making.**
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Base Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED19,000.00 per month
