Role Description
Part-time, hybrid Inventory Planning Assistant / Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
The role supports inventory planning, stock monitoring, reporting, forecasting, replenishment decisions, and coordination with relevant teams.
The position helps align supply with demand and maintain accurate, timely, and efficient inventory controls.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and prepare inventory reports.
- Assist with forecasting and replenishment decisions to align supply with demand.
- Coordinate with relevant teams on production planning and inventory controls.
- Update inventory records and analyze data for trends or discrepancies.
- Support planning schedules and contribute to process improvements.
- Help maintain optimal inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and planning abilities are required for inventory forecasting and scheduling.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are required for cross-functional collaboration.
- Production planning skills are required to align inventory with operational and demand requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage part-time hours reliably is required.
- Spreadsheet tools and inventory or ERP systems experience is beneficial.
- Prior inventory management, supply chain, or operations support experience is advantageous.
- Relevant coursework or a related degree is preferred but not required.

- The role is part-time and hybrid.
