About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and technology-driven Chief Product Technology Officer (CPTO) to join our executive leadership team.
In this role, you’ll lead the intersection of product strategy, technology, engineering, and innovation, ensuring that the organisation’s products and technology platforms support business objectives and deliver exceptional customer value.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, executive leadership, product, engineering, design, and commercial teams to drive product innovation and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated product and technology strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead product management, software engineering, technology, and technical innovation functions
- Define and maintain the organisation’s product vision, roadmap, and technology strategy
- Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to create new products and improve existing solutions
- Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through development, launch, and continuous improvement
- Ensure technology architecture and platforms are scalable, secure, reliable, and commercially sustainable
- Establish product and engineering KPIs and monitor performance, delivery, quality, and customer outcomes
