Responsibilities

• Manage the Stores Team and van drivers and ensure accurate, efficient, and timely stores operations.
• Ensure parts are handled correctly, accurately transacted, and traceable.
• Manage goods receipting, counter service, parts storage and picking, deliveries, collections, shipments, and stock checks.
• Provide Procurement with demand information for proprietary and consumable goods.
• Motivate the team, maintain policy compliance, and improve Stores processes and performance.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and efficient Stores environment.
• Develop ERP knowledge, contribute to ERP development, and report departmental KPIs.
