Role Overview
The IFS/ERP Functional Analyst connects the Solutions Architect and Operations teams to improve IFS ERP for Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
The role is based on site and involves working with stakeholders from shop-floor users through senior leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the Operations relationship for IFS ERP across purchase orders, RFQs, purchase requisitions, manufacturing, inventory, and shipments.
- Proactively engage stakeholders to identify requirements and translate operational detail into system priorities.
- Provide troubleshooting and user support across Stores, Warehousing, Quality, Control Plans, Shop Orders, Product Structures, Routings, and Condition Codes.
- Monitor Operations module usage and performance, escalate issues, and recommend optimizations.
- Design and implement solutions, configuration changes, and enhancements with the Solutions Architect and ERP Manager.
- Configure and customize IFS applications to improve operational workflows.
- Support testing and user acceptance testing of changes before they go live.
- Create operational reports using IFS BI, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
- Deliver end-user training and maintain documentation to improve system adoption.
- Support data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements across Operations.
