We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage material stock, support warehouse coordination, and ensure accurate documentation of inventory for our building materials division.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate stock records for all incoming and outgoing building materials
- Update and manage daily stock register manually and/or through software (Excel or ERP)
- Coordinate with the purchase and sales teams for dispatch and delivery tracking
- Conduct physical verification of inventory and report discrepancies
- Label and store materials properly, ensuring easy identification and access
- Handle inventory reports and assist in monthly/quarterly audits
- Follow up with suppliers or vendors for delivery timelines
- Assist the accounts team in material reconciliation as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store keeping roles
- Basic understanding of building materials and construction-related items is a plus
- Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and handle physical stock checks
- Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
