A reputed Oil & Gas company in Qatar urgently seeks an experienced Machinist (Lathe) with strong hands-on experience in conventional lathe machine operations.

Responsibilities
- Operate conventional lathe machines for machining and repairing industrial components.
- Perform turning, threading, boring, drilling, and facing operations as per technical drawings and specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and measuring tools for accurate machining.
- Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality and dimensional standards.
- Carry out routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company regulations within workshop and plant environments.
- Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams to complete assigned jobs within deadlines.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lathe Machine Operator / Machinist in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power Plant, or heavy industrial sectors
- Strong knowledge of conventional lathe machine operations and machining techniques
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Experience in machining industrial equipment components is preferred
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically fit and capable of working in industrial environments

Overview
- We are urgently looking for experienced Machinists (Lathe) for a reputed Oil & Gas / Petrochemical company in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have strong hands on experience in conventional lathe machine operations, machining industrial components, and working in heavy industrial environments.
- Candidates must be capable of reading technical drawings, operating precision measuring instruments, and maintaining high quality machining standards as per industry requirements.
