Job Purpose
The Inventory Controller coordinates materials activities between production and warehouses.
The role manages receiving, material returns, rejected materials, inventory reconciliations, and SAP transactions to support accurate accounting and minimize variances.
Responsibilities
- Develop materials request reports in SAP based on the production plan.
- Count and weigh materials received from the warehouse.
- Return balance stock materials to the warehouse through SAP transactions.
- Return rejected materials to the warehouse through SAP transactions.
- Complete daily materials and finished-goods transfer and receipt reconciliations with warehouses.
- Resolve SAP variances with the packaging supervisor.
- Participate in monthly inventory counts with the Finance accountant.
- Implement and participate in continual improvement of the EHS Management System.
- Maintain controls for hazards and risks and support achievement of EHS targets.
