The Authors is seeking
one Inventory Controller
to take full ownership of inventory across all operations.
This is a
hands-on role
responsible for managing stock across apartments, storage, and laundry, ensuring availability, accuracy, and cost control at all times.
You will be the
single point of responsibility for inventory
, with full accountability for how it is structured, tracked, and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track all inventory across apartments, storage, and laundry
- Maintain accurate records of
- stock levels, usage, and movement
- **Build and maintain a clear inventory tracking system**
- **Monitor and control linen cycles**
- (bedsheets, towels, etc.)
- Ensure all apartments are consistently stocked with required items
- Forecast needs and manage
- reordering schedules
- **Conduct regular inventory checks and audits**
- **Identify and reduce loss, damage, and wastage**
- **Coordinate with Operations, Cleaning, and suppliers**
Requirements
- Experience in
- inventory, logistics, or supply management
- **Hospitality or hotel experience is a strong advantage**
- **Strong organizational and tracking skills**
- **Ability to work independently and take full ownership**
- **Familiar with Excel or inventory systems (ERP is a plus)**
- **Detail-oriented and disciplined**
