Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics, retail, or wholesale operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures
- Experience in stock reconciliation, stock audits, and discrepancy investigation
- Ability to monitor par levels, fast-moving items, slow-moving items, and dead stock
- Experience in preparing inventory reports and tracking stock accuracy
- Good knowledge of warehouse operations, procurement coordination, and logistics flow
- Ability to coordinate with internal departments including logistics, warehouse, and sales teams
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and relevant inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stock or documentation discrepancies
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills
- Organized, professional, diligent, and able to follow up effectively
- Previous team supervision experience is preferred
- Driving License
