SRACO Human Resources Company is seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Inventory Specialist to support inventory planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on inventory experience, and the ability to work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Procurement teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Planning — Perform inventory planning and forecasting based on consumption, lead times, maintenance plans, and operational requirements.
- Stock Optimization — Optimize Min/Max and Safety Stock levels to improve material availability and reduce excess inventory.
- Critical Material Monitoring — Monitor critical materials, identify stock-out risks, and coordinate proactive actions with relevant departments.
- Inventory Analysis — Analyze slow/non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory and recommend optimization actions.
- Procurement & Consumption Review — Analyze consumption trends, PRs, POs, open orders, and lead times to identify risks and opportunities.
- Power BI Reporting — Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and inventory KPIs to support data-driven decision-making.
- Data Accuracy — Ensure inventory data accuracy and provide actionable insights to improve service levels and working capital.
- Oracle ERP — Work within Oracle ERP to manage inventory data, reports, and transactions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in inventory management, supply chain, or materials planning
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and Oracle ERP
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, and Procurement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
