Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) Supervisor

• Strong understanding of warehouse inventory control and quality assurance processes.
• Experience conducting inventory audits and quality inspections.
• Proficiency with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends and root causes.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to delegate work effectively.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative.
• Ability to quickly move throughout a warehouse environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to train, coach, and clearly communicate expectations across all levels of the organization.

• Associate's degree or technical training preferred.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in warehouse operations.
• Minimum two years of experience in Quality Assurance, Inventory Control, Distribution, or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience in using warehouse management systems and inventory software preferred.
