Full Job Posting

Conduct regular inventory cycle counts
Participate in annual physical inventory counts
Perform stock checks, audits, and verifications as required
Unload, unpack, inspect, identify, and put-away incoming freight
Transact incoming freight accurately in computer system (Business Central)
Move inventory, physically and systematically, throughout all internal processes
Replenish inventory picking locations to support the picking process
Safely operate equipment (forklift & box truck) to move inventory between multiple storage locations
Pick goods for order fulfillment
Package goods for shipment, LTL, FTL, and parcel (FedEx/UPS)
Create shipping documents
Transact shipments in ERP (Business Central)
Use internet to create FedEx and UPS labels
Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with OT as needed
Fork lift experience
2 year of inventory control or material handling experience
Knowledge of computerized inventory and order management systems (ERP), Business Central a plus
Ability to lift, climb, stand, walk, turn and pivot for the duration of the shift
Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull up to shoulder height of 50 lbs without assistance
Ability to drive a box truck between beMatrix facilities is a plus
Proven knowledge of warehouse and production procedures
Ability to work with all levels of staff
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to conduct self-accordingly to beMatrix’s operating values which include operating with honesty and integrity, and in a spirit of team work and respect
