Inventory Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze inventory data and sales trends to forecast demand and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track inventory movements and performance to reduce shortages, excess stock, and aging inventory.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and product availability.
• Reporting & KPI Management: Develop, maintain, and analyze dashboards and reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), including inventory turnover, fill rates, and stockout risks.

Requirements:

• 3–5 in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
• Knowledge of LEAN principles and continuous improvement methods
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience with Syteline, IFS, or similar ERP systems (asset)
• Valid passport and driver’s license, with the ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
