Schaeffler is seeking a strategic and results-driven professional for inventory, warehouse, customer logistics, and supply chain operations.

The role ensures materials are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost.

Manage inventory accuracy and compliance with stock control systems.
Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes.
Lead, train, coach, motivate, and develop warehouse and operations team members.
Ensure health, safety, quality, and company requirements are followed.
Manage budgets and expenses while reducing logistics costs.
Lead warehouse and distribution operations.
Maintain documentation and allocate resources according to daily workloads.
Establish KPIs and ensure customer delivery and operational targets are met.
Complete month-end financial processes within agreed deadlines.
Develop packaging and internal and external logistics flows.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, procurement, production, logistics, Asia Pacific, and Germany teams.
Prepare 8D reports and support closure of logistics, warehouse, and supply chain complaints.
