Job summary
The MEL Intern will support the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning department's Data Centralization initiative under the supervision of MEL Project Management.
The initiative focuses on accurate collection, entry, storage, and centralization of project-related data.
Data centralization support
- Collaborate with relevant staff to gather project-related data.
- Identify and fill gaps in the project database from 1999 onward.
- Assist with data migration and enter new project information into the upgraded CRM system.
- Cross-reference entries and maintain data quality, accuracy, and standard formats.
- Organize centralized data repositories including Microsoft SharePoint and OneDrive.
