Position Summary
Support financial accounting and distributor finance activities across Gulf markets.
Help maintain accurate reporting, compliance with GSK accounting standards, operational finance processes, and financial controls while gaining exposure to a multinational finance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close activities, including accrual journals and financial reporting.
- Maintain financial records and entity accounts in line with GSK accounting standards and finance policies.
- Support distributor accounting and related financial processes across Gulf markets.
- Coordinate purchase-to-pay activities, including vendor creation and transaction tracking.
- Review employee expense claims and supporting documentation against local and global policies.
- Support purchase order management and three-way matching for distributor transactions.
- Review and validate distributor debit notes, supplier payments, and supporting documentation.
- Prepare and reconcile distributor account statements.
- Support resolution of outstanding financial queries and disputed items with distributors.
- Monitor payment collections and help clear aging balances and open items.
