• Candidates should be working towards a BA or MBA with a major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field. Junior-level coursework is preferred.

• Preference will be given to applicants with relevant technical coursework, certifications, internships, campus technology involvement, or experience developing technology solutions

• Interest in software development, automation, systems integration, and business technology solutions
• Experience with programming, scripting, or automation tools through coursework, projects, or internships
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership
