We are looking for Advanced Machine Operators to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings - Operations team on 2nd shift.

In this role, you will set up, operate, and troubleshoot computer-controlled machinery to produce high-quality parts that support our manufacturing operations.

• Set up, adjust, and operate a variety of two-axis CNC and computer-controlled machines
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, templates, and setup instructions
• Program, adjust, and troubleshoot machine settings, tooling, and calibrations
• Perform machine changeovers, including bits, pods, and fixtures
• Inspect parts for quality and make adjustments to ensure tight tolerances and high craftsmanship standards
• Follow production schedules, standard work processes, and all safety and quality guidelines
• Maintain production pace to meet operational goals
• Perform basic quality checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace (6S standards)

• HNI experience, skilled technical or manufacturing experience is required.
• Consistent work history and dependability
• Proven history of strong work performance
• Knowledge of CNC programming preferred, but not required.
