Responsibilities
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing across residential, off plan, and luxury segments
- Sell off plan projects from exclusive developer partnerships
- Conduct property viewings, investment consultations, and community tours with pre qualified leads
- Build and manage a client portfolio spanning local residents, GCC buyers, and international investors
- Manage listings accurately across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM platform
- Negotiate, prepare documentation, and close transactions in compliance with UAE and ADREC regulations
- Stay sharp on Abu Dhabi project launches, pricing trends, and Tawtheeq procedures
Requirements
- 0–5+ years of experience in real estate, banking, automotive sales, recruitment, or any client facing sales role
- UAE Real Estate Broker License is an advantage, or willingness to obtain one
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to achieve targets and close deals
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin are highly advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- UAE real estate market experience is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred
- UAE residence visa with NOC is preferred

- Negotiate, prepare documentation, and close transactions in full compliance with UAE and ADREC regulations
- Stay sharp on Abu Dhabi project launches, pricing trends, and Tawtheeq procedures
Who we are looking for
- 0–5+ years of experience in real estate, banking, automotive sales, recruitment, or any client facing sales role; motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- UAE Real Estate Broker License is an advantage, or willingness to obtain one (VIP Brokerage will support and cover the licensing process)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Proven ability to achieve targets and close deals in a fast paced, performance driven environment
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin are highly advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- UAE real estate market experience is preferred
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred
