About the Role
VIP Brokerage is seeking an International Sales and Leasing Consultant for an on-site role in Abu Dhabi. The consultant will manage end-to-end sales and leasing cycles, build client relationships, and achieve targets in the UAE real estate market.

Responsibilities
- Manage end to end sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting clients and conducting property viewings
- Prepare and review lease documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers
- Build long term client relationships and support resident retention initiatives
- Track market trends and maintain an up to date property portfolio
- Work toward individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of leases and lease administration
- Experience in resident retention strategies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales and/or leasing, ideally within the UAE or international property markets
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage
- Comfort using CRM systems and digital tools
- Ability to work on site in Abu Dhabi, including flexibility for evenings or weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred
