- Promote and sell international off plan properties, focusing on European markets and clients who speak European languages and/or Russian
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct property presentations and host client meetings
- Provide tailored advisory support throughout the buying process
- Maintain up to date knowledge of off plan projects, market trends, pricing, and payment plans
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to optimize campaigns and client outreach
- Prepare proposals, manage documentation, attend events or roadshows as needed
- Ensure high quality customer service from initial inquiry through to post sale follow up
Requirements
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in European and/or Russian languages
- Proven or emerging Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within real estate or related sectors
- Solid Analytical Skills with basic understanding of Finance concepts
- Ability to build long term client relationships and handle diverse cultural backgrounds
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Comfort working in a target driven environment with proactive approach
- Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel within UAE is a plus

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi for an International Off Plan Specialist – European / Russian Speaker, open to both early career and experienced professionals.
- The role involves promoting and selling international off plan properties, focusing on European markets and clients who speak European languages and/or Russian.
- Day to day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations, hosting client meetings, and providing tailored advisory support throughout the buying process.
- The specialist will maintain up to date knowledge of off plan projects, market trends, pricing, and payment plans, and coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to optimize campaigns and client outreach.
- Responsibilities also include preparing proposals, managing documentation, attending events or roadshows as needed, and ensuring high quality customer service from initial inquiry through to post sale follow up.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in European and/or Russian languages.
- Proven or emerging Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, ideally within real estate or related sectors.
- Solid Analytical Skills with basic understanding of Finance concepts to explain payment plans, returns, and investment options clearly.
- Ability to build long term client relationships, handle diverse cultural backgrounds, and represent PSI professionally at all times.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Comfort working in a target driven environment, with a proactive approach, resilience, and willingness to learn and develop.
- Previous real estate or off plan property experience is an advantage but not mandatory; training and development support will be provided.
- Valid UAE driving license and ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings and site visits is a plus.
