- Property Shop Investment (PSI), established in 2007, is a large private real estate company in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, offering sales, leasing, and investment advisory services.
Role Description
- Full time, on site role in Abu Dhabi for an International Off Plan Client Advisor fluent in Italian, Spanish, or German.
- Advise international clients on off plan property investments, present projects, explain payment plans, and guide through the sales cycle.
- Manage leads, conduct consultations (in person, phone, online), and maintain CRM records.
Qualifications
- Strong client facing capabilities and customer satisfaction skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian, Spanish, or German, and English.
- Understanding of insurance and financial products as applied to property transactions.
- Proven experience in real estate sales or off plan advisory, ideally in UAE or international markets.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and follow up skills.
- Comfort with CRM systems, digital tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- High professionalism, cultural awareness, and adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
