About the Role

- Advise international clients on off plan real estate projects and provide tailored investment guidance
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications and conduct needs assessments
- Present suitable properties and guide clients through the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing
- Maintain up to date knowledge of off plan projects, payment plans, market trends, and legal frameworks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions and high client satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong client facing capabilities and customer satisfaction skills
- Proven customer service experience in real estate, financial services, or advisory environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one of: Italian, Spanish, or German
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of UAE real estate market and regulations preferred

- Consistently meet performance and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Strong client facing capabilities and customer satisfaction skills
- Proven customer service experience in real estate, financial services, or advisory environment
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one of: Italian, Spanish, or German
- Basic understanding of insurance or financial protection products is an advantage
- Previous experience in off plan or international property sales is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of UAE real estate market and regulations preferred
- Comfort with CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Finance, or related field
