The International Logistics Manager oversees the end-to-end movement of global cargo.
This role ensures cost-effective, compliant, and timely international shipments by managing carriers, customs documentation, and supply chain risks.
Key Responsibilities
- **Shipment Management:**
- Coordinate global air, ocean, and land freight operations.
- **Customs Compliance:**
- Ensure full adherence to international trade laws and Incoterms.
- **Vendor Negotiation:**
- Secure competitive rates and contracts with 3PLs and freight forwarders.
- **Performance Tracking:**
- Analyze logistical data to optimize transit times and reduce landed costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
- 3–5+ years of experience in international freight forwarding or global logistics.
- Expert knowledge of customs regulations, import/export documentation, and ERP/TMS software.
