• Education : Recent Graduate (0-1 years) with a Masters or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with focus on power electronics preferred
• Power Experience : Solid foundation in design, modeling, and validation of power converters for data center and telecom applications
• Control Skills : Hands-on experience with closed-loop control of power converters using digital controllers and real-time platforms
• Soft Skills : Thrives in agile environments with strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability
• Language : Fluent written and spoken English
