About the Role
- Dar Al Marjaan Group of Companies is seeking an experienced International Client Relations Executive to join our Dubai office.
- This is a client facing role requiring excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- The successful candidate will handle inbound leads, prepare quotations, follow up with prospective clients, maintain customer relationships, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads through telephone, WhatsApp, email, website enquiries, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
- Understand customer psychology and recommend appropriate services and pricing.
- Strong listening skills, confident in negotiations, and capable of addressing customer objections professionally.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service related correspondence.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and returning clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
- Manage multiple customer conversations, enquiries, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Support sales, client acquisition, and business development initiatives.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks related to customer management.
Required Experience & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable managing a high volume workload.
- Native or near native proficiency in English.
- Native Proficiency in Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to understand new concepts and business requirements quickly.

Additional Qualifications
- Graduate in Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, International Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- International academic, cultural, or professional exposure is an advantage.
