Internal Sales Executive

• Volume outbound calls to warm leads and prospective customers to chase up quotations – identify the correct data working with the BDM
• Following up warm marketing leads from the website, events, campaigns and online activity by way of outbound telemarketing and emails working in collaboration with Marketing
• Streamline and cleansing of CRM database portfolio
• Analysing conversion rates past and present – producing a dashboard/reporting suite
• Produce new and copy quotations where required
• Providing sales support to clients surrounding S2 services and products
• Supporting field based BDMs with sales and marketing information on a project by project basis
• Monitor the marketing inbox

• Identify the key decision makers and influencers within accounts, working with the BDM develop a contact programme that is designed to assist achievement of S2 business objectives
• Key interface between sales and marketing teams – develop relationships to ensure knowledge sharing
• Maintain accurate records in respect of the account relationship
• Ensure appropriate levels of sales support service is offered to BDMs and clients
• This role provides succession planning as it’s an excellent opportunity to develop industry and Switch2 operations knowledge and, develop sales and business development skills to transition to a BDM.
