US Synthetic has an immediate need for a Brady Mining CNC Finishing Operator located in Orem, UT .

The Brady Mining CNC Finishing Operator will operate and maintain a computer numerical control (CNC) lathe/mill for the production of Brady Mining tools.

Assemble and braze components, manufacture product to exact specifications and maintain production and training records.

Perform continuous process improvements per company standard.

• Assemble and braze product to print and customer specifications
• Set up and run the CNC lathe/mill
• Inspect the finished product for compliance to specifications
• Change over the CNC tooling
• Troubleshoot CNC divergence from specification
• Perform continuous process improvements
• Report departmental performance measures
• Other duties as assigned
