Responsibilities
- Lead and execute ICoFR engagements from planning through reporting
- Perform walkthroughs, risk assessments, and control testing
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
- Develop Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), process narratives, and flowcharts
- Identify control deficiencies and recommend remediation plans
- Prepare high quality reports and present findings to management
- Ensure engagements comply with COSO, IFRS, and firm methodologies
- Stay updated on UAE regulations and industry best practices
- Maintain high quality documentation and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification required: CPA, CA, ACCA, or CIA
- 5–7 years of experience in ICoFR, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, or External Audit
- Experience with a Big Four or reputable audit/advisory firm is preferred
- Strong knowledge of COSO Framework, IFRS, and ICoFR methodologies
- Experience with control testing, risk assessments, and RCM preparation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with GRC tools and ERP systems is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and report writing abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced ICoFR Specialist to join our team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will lead Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) engagements, assess financial reporting risks, evaluate internal controls, and provide practical recommendations to strengthen governance and compliance.
- This role offers exposure to clients across various industries within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute ICoFR engagements from planning through reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements
