Role Overview
Join HSBC Global Audit Analytics as an Internal Auditor Analytics professional.
Partner with audit teams to turn audit objectives into automated, data-driven testing and statistical insight.
Design and embed analytical solutions that improve audit quality, efficiency, coverage, and assurance.
In This Role You'll
- Translate audit objectives into technology-enabled analytics and automated testing.
- Identify risk drivers across lines of business, functions, and regions.
- Design tests of control using digitized data and modern analytical techniques.
- Build continuous controls testing using advanced analytics.
- Understand relevant data sources, structures, and metadata across selected regions.
- Deliver analytics solutions through an agile, iterative approach.
- Manage operational risk and comply with audit instructions, policy, and regulation.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent practical experience in information systems, accounting, mathematics, quantitative or numerical sciences, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with BI, analytics, and visualization tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau.
- Experience with ETL, data preparation, and structured datasets end-to-end.
