Role Overview
Join Kroll’s Global Financial Advisory Team in the Transaction Opinions practice.
Support independent fairness, solvency, and debt opinions for boards, special committees, and private equity general partners.
Gain exposure to valuation assessments for M&A transactions, capital raises, going-private transactions, spin-offs, and recapitalizations.
Responsibilities
- Work with senior management teams and gain exposure to clients, board members, and stakeholders throughout transaction advisory and execution.
- Support financial modeling and analytics for transaction opinion deal teams.
- Present financial models and detailed analysis during technical review meetings with senior Kroll professionals.
- Perform company, industry, market, and competitor research and due diligence.
- Contribute to developing and communicating proposals and advice for current and prospective clients.
- Ensure the quality of client deliverables through strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field with relevant coursework.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and August 2028.
